The problem

The company relied on fragmented and manual processes, including paper reports, spreadsheets, telephone communication, and dispersed site and equipment information. The project aimed to reduce slow reporting, limited visibility into project progress, and difficulty tracking equipment status and allocation by centralizing these operations in one secure web platform.

The solution

The team designed a multi-user web platform covering authentication and role-based access, construction-site records and progress, client, budget, schedule and location information, equipment inventory and assignment, maintenance and usage information, operational reports, dashboard KPIs and charts, and Site Manager account management.
